YOUTH PREVENTION
We provide youth prevention training sessions through the year, primarily through school systems, but also with churches and after-school programs. Last year our prevention programs reached more than 6,000 youth in our communities of all ages, from pre-K through college.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
The Bridge also partners with community agencies including law enforcement, EMT, emergency room staff and community groups to educate them on the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault. We help train individuals to identify abusive behaviors, the effects of violence and the roles we all have in eliminating violence.
BYSTANDER INTERVENTION
Bystander engagement training helps young people and adults know how to respond when someone needs help. We also provide tools to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of abuse or bullying.
